No Scrub Pressure Washing is looking for a hardworking and reliable Pressure Washing Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for performing pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and holiday light installation services. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work and values teamwork, reliability, and delivering exceptional results to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pressure washing services for homes, driveways, roofs, decks, and other surfaces.
• Clean windows and gutters with attention to detail and safety.
• Install and remove Christmas lights on roofs, trees, and other structures.
• Safely operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, ladders, and other tools.
• Ensure job sites are clean and safe before leaving.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and addressing client needs.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, especially when working on ladders, roofs, or at elevated heights.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Available to work Monday-Friday, starting at 8:00 AM, with the possibility of weekend shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Overview:

No Scrub Pressure Washing is seeking a reliable, hardworking Assistant Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist lead technicians in performing residential and commercial pressure washing services, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer satisfaction.

This is a great opportunity to work in an active, outdoor environment while learning valuable trade skills. No prior experience required—we’ll train the right individual!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of pressure washing equipment
• Prepare work areas by moving furniture, covering plants, or taping surfaces as needed
• Help ensure job sites are cleaned and left in excellent condition
• Load/unload equipment and supplies from company vehicles
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients
• Perform other duties as assigned by the lead technician

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
