Position Summary

The Door-to-Door Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling our company’s pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning services (Christmas lights as well)  through direct, face-to-face contact with potential customers. This role involves canvassing assigned neighborhoods, generating leads, providing estimates, and securing service bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to designated residential and commercial routes to promote services.
• Approach homeowners and business owners to discuss cleaning solutions and current offers. 
• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, door hangers, and business cards.
• Conduct visual inspections and provide on-the-spot estimates when possible.
• Record lead and customer information accurately for scheduling and follow-up.
• Represent the company professionally at all times with a clean, respectful appearance.

Transportation & Fuel

Sales representatives are required to use their own vehicle for transportation to and from assigned routes.

Representatives are responsible for covering their own fuel and vehicle expenses.

Mileage or fuel reimbursements are not provided, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Maintaining valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and registration is required at all times.

Compensation

Compensation is commission-based, with rates determined by  sales volume.

Your first 2 weeks during on boarding  you will be at $15 + $20 every job you close.

Additional bonuses may be earned , high performance, or team achievements.

Commissions are paid after customer payment and service completion.

• Perform pressure washing services for homes, driveways, roofs, decks, and other surfaces.
• Clean windows and gutters with attention to detail and safety.
• Install and remove Christmas lights on roofs, trees, and other structures.
• Safely operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, ladders, and other tools.
• Ensure job sites are clean and safe before leaving.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and addressing client needs.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, especially when working on ladders, roofs, or at elevated heights.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Available to work Monday-Friday, starting at 8:00 AM, with the possibility of weekend shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling office correspondence.
• Assisting with client inquiries and providing basic information about our services.
• Processing service requests and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Preparing invoices, managing payments, and updating customer records.
• Remote quoting customers
• Ensuring that office supplies are well-stocked and ordering replacements as needed.
• Assisting with customer service tasks, including confirming appointments and follow-ups.
• Organizing and maintaining client files, contracts, and documents.
• Coordinating with field staff to ensure smooth communication between office and on-site teams..
• Providing general office support, including filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as required.
